4 different uploads from 4 different people giving me "XML file" unable to download

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    On 4 different uploads from 4 different clients yesterday. What is the problem? 
     
     
    Just lost 1 of my longtime clients because this has happened twice to them already and because they say they can't reupload in time for the track to be done. There goes $90 and another client (maybe more).  Thanks

    I'm having this issue as well! Multiple upload areas on a form and some work and some don't!

    As I check few of the submissions of your JotForm titled "Single Song Upload From", I found that the following files were not working.

    I have re-uploaded these files and you should be able to download them normally. If you can provide us with the other file URLs that are not working, we'll take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.
