What is the problem?Just lost 1 of my longtime clients because this has happened twice to them already and because they say they can't reupload in time for the track to be done. There goes $90 and another client (maybe more). Thanks

As I check few of the submissions of your JotForm titled "Single Song Upload From", I found that the following files were not working.
I have re-uploaded these files and you should be able to download them normally. If you can provide us with the other file URLs that are not working, we'll take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.
