Edit Submission: The data is changing automatically

    Hello, we have noticed within the past few weeks a few problems that might have started happening when we upgraded.  

     

    When we edit the document, the first name seems to disappear.

    Our billing status is changing automatically on 2016 Candidate Engagement form.

    Please let me know if you may have any insight as why this may be happening?

    Could you please provide us with the steps to reproduce the issue? Do you open a form entry in edit mode from submissions page or by using an edit link? Do you mean that the billing status is changed once you open the entry or submit it? Any additional details would be appreciated.

    Yes.

    When we pull up the candidates name the 2016 Candidate Engagement Form and choose the paper and pencil edit option on the top of the form.  The Candidates first name will then disappear.  Also, if we were to download a form of all of our candidates to confirm Billing Status, we find that many of them revert back to previous billing status.
