"FROM" email is showing JotForm and not the persons's email address even though it's set up correctly in the form. It was working fine 2 days ago.

    I cloned your form and made some tests there. I cannot seem to replicate the issue, as the "from" email shows the email address I have entered.

    Are you still encountering this issue? I checked the mail logs for your account and it seems that the 'from' email shows the email of the person. The issue you experienced might be a temporary glitch in the system. If you do encounter it again, please let us know.
