Email notifications not working on these 2 forms.
Our IT have confirmed the issue is not with the University of Melbourne.
Can you please help?

This is because one of the email addresses used in that forms is in our bounce list, here is the reason for that:
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
I have removed it and you should receive your emails now, would be good to take a look on this guide as well so you can properly set up your notifications to avoid bouncing: How-to-Setup-Email-Alerts-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
I can also see you're using a custom sender email address, if the issue still persists, please try setting the sender to the default email address and let us know how it goes.
