We are experiencing email notification delays. As of the latest...12 hours.. This is way to late.

Our clients use the upload form we created on JotForm to send us timely orders that may have 2- 4 hour delivery times.

    Please help

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.  I am checking this.

Can you please share to us an example of your form submission that you found was delayed in delivering the Notifcation/submission email?

You can check the submission details in the form submission view panel.

Tell us the submission details and I will check it on the sent email logs if there is a discrepancy in email sending time.

We will wait for your response.

It is an intermittent issue. The emails have been getting to us on time and
consistently. However, from time to time there are delays. This was the
worst so far...12 hours...And we can't have that. Our clients depend on us
knowing that we have received the upload form and are beginning to complete
their projects. They have deadlines based on what we do. If we mess up or
are late then they get in trouble. [image: Inline image 1]

I think this is related to your custom sender email in the form. The email has been added through verification method. Please note that this method is still using Jotform as the sending server, not your own hosting server. It is most likely the email message is being checked by the receiving server for spam contents before delivering it to the recipient's inbox, causing the delay.

If you are still experiencing this problem, we suggest switching to noreply@jotform.com and make sure to whitelist our list of IP Addresses and Sending Domains which can be found here: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

If you want to keep your own email, I would recommend adding the sender by SMTP method: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    I hope this helps.
