Nothing happens after submitting the form.
Tried this already on both Windows and OSX systems with various browsers, last successful submission was yesterday (22 June).

Are you using the JotForm OEmbed Plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/jotform-oembed/?
If yes, I think there is an ongoing problem using it so we suggest to re-embed your form using iframe embed code for now. This should help.

Let us know if this doesn't make any difference. Thank you!

By the way, just to clarify further, the problem was not with the form itself. It is how the form is embedded on your page. When I check the form embed code, there's some extra iframe attributes added on the embed code which shouldn't be there. We also do not have this on our embed codes so I think it was generated by a 3rd party script - could be a theme or from the plugin. And this prevents the form from completing the submission.
Embedding the form using its iframe embed code directly should not create such issue.
We'll await your update.
