Hi , I did not disable my forms, it shows enabled in the settings. Did you all disable the forms?Page URL:

I have now deleted the guilty fields in order to activate your account. If you need to collect payments from your users, you need to use one of our payment processor. This guide might also help: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.
