My forms on my website are saying disabled

    Hi , I did not disable my forms, it shows enabled in the settings. Did you all disable the forms?

    Your account was suspended automatically by our phishing tool. I checked your form and I found out that you have fields that are asking for credit card details. This is not allowed in JotForm, it violates our terms of use


    I have now deleted the guilty fields in order to activate your account. If you need to collect payments from your users, you need to use one of our payment processor. This guide might also help: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.
