Smooth signature embeded: cannot use touch screen

Hi,

I embeded my form and now, I cannot fill the smooth signature using touch screen (screen move instead of sign)

No problem if I don't embed it.

I have tested your form, both links, and I can see both are working fine, I was able to sign in the widget, see the images below:

Could you please try again? 

It should be working fine on your end as well, if this still persists, could you please try adding a new widget to your form and see if the issue is still there?

Do you sign using a touch screen? (not with mouse, with mouse it's work)

I tested using an emulator, currently I do not have a real mobile device to test the form, but will ask to someone in the support team to test it in a real mobile device, both links, we will update you here with the results of the test.

I just got a reply from one of my colleagues who tested the form in a real mobile device, she tested it in a Samsung Galaxy S4 and the widget is working fine, here is a screenshot about it: 

Could you please try re-adding the widget to your form? 

Or try testing with a different mobile device? It should work as expected. 

I test using another device without any problem. Just a little bit strange that my other one is ok when not embeded. Thanks for your support.

I tested this as well on my iPhone 6 with the latest version of iOS using Mobile Chrome and Mobile Safari but I too am unable to replicate a problem on your live form nor your embedded form.

What device are you experiencing this issue on? I didn't see anything mentioned above for that.

On a All-in-one Gateway PC ZX6800

Are you indicating that you have problems with your PC with touch screen? If you are able to use the mouse you should also be able to use the touch screen.

Can you please indicate what browser you are using and version, so we may test it out.

Finally, Not sure if this is only a computer question. I was able to reproduce it: 

If i use mouse first, clear and try using my touch screen: I cannot sign (except with mouse).

If I use touch screen first, clear and try using mouse: I cannot sign (except with touch screen).

It could be computer-related, that if you're using your mouse first then you can not use finger to sign and vice versa.

I tested on my Samsung note 3 as well and it is working fine:
