Is there a limitation in length of email address

We are working on a form to be completed on our website however we are having issues with the form sending to a particular email address.  Is there a limitation in length for email addresses?  the email address we would like the form to send to is PublicHealthNuisance@franklincountyohio.gov.  Please contact me at jrdye@franklincountyohio.gov.  Thank you.  

As far as I know there is not a limit int he length of an email address, there is a limit in the number of emails that the notification is sent to, but this is not the case.

The reason why you're not receiving emails is because it is in our bounce list, when an email is in our bounce list it means that there was an error when trying to delivery the email, maybe an error due to missing info or something else, then that email address is added to our bounce list and emails are not being sent there. 

The reason for that is this: Reason(s) : smtp; 550 No such user (PublicHealthNuisance@franklincountyohio.gov)

I would suggest you to contact your email provider and provide this error, please also follow this guide in order to avoid bouncing: How-to-Setup-Email-Alerts-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
