Modified dropdown menu choices

Hi

If you go to https://www.matrix.co.za/contact where it says WHAT'S ON YOUR MIND and HOW WOULD YOU LIKE US TO CONTACT US drop down boxes you will see the choices in the dropdown menus. Can this be done in any of your forms? If so please could you advise how to?

I'm not sure about your question, but you can indeed add a drop down field to your form, you will find it under the basic fields while in the Form Builder:

Then you can set the options shown in it by clicking on the options button, it is place on the top toolbar when you click on the drop down field:
