    Ticket Purchases widget is not counting previously submitted items

    Why ticket purchase widget is out, after having run well for several weeks ?

    The parameters disappeared suddenly.

    Once more, I note such widget is not reliable.

    In the moment, I notice the same issue with other forms using ticket purchase widget. Big problem !

    I did a couple of tests using our ticket purchase widget but I was not able to replicate any issue with it.

    Could you please give us more details about the problem you have so we can investigate further?

    It is difficult for me to explain

    The parameters pages of ticket purchase widget in 3 forms ("juin 2016" folder) became completely blank. The number of "places disponibles" item came back to the original level, allthough there are several subscriptions registred.

    When it comes to the issues with your Ticket Purchases widgets, I have logged into your account to check folder "juin 2016", and I see the forms in there are these three:

    I do believe I see the issue you are trying to explain. For example, on your form 61483426855968, named E2. 28/06/2016 Le quai Saint-Vincent, you have set the Ticket Purchases widget to allow "Inscription" being selected only 15 times:

    You have already received all 15 submissions for "Inscription", yet the widget on the live form still allows "Inscription" to be selected - as if none have yet been selected:

    Your widgets may be needing to be refreshed, in order to correctly load the existing number of previously selected items. I have raised this to our developers as a bug report, and we will let you know through this thread when/if the issue is resolved, or if we have any other relevant news regarding this.

    Yes, you are absolutely right.

    I note at the moment ticket purchases parameters page came back. Yesterday I had a blank page (cf snapscreen)

    I will not change anything to the 3 forms till you get answer from your developers. Please let me know the answer.  It is not the first time I had issue with widgets such as ticket purchases ou gift registry.

    The issue is still in the developer's queue and we haven't received any updates about it yet. We do know that the issue seems to be account specific, as these widgets are working fine on our end and for almost all of our users. Until the issue with your reported forms is resolved, you may want to try temporarily using a cloned version of your affected forms:

    We've been redesigning and implementing the error handling capabilities of our API widgets, among which is the Ticket purchases widget. 

    Our first update is live.

    To get the update, and to resolve the bugs you reported (which point to a backend API failure), please open the form in the builder, open the widget wizard, and click on the update button.
