Once a form is submitted, how do I replace my esignature widget with an image field when I edit submissions?

It is not currently possible to change a field to a different field type when editing submissions.  If this is not what you are trying to do, let us know a bit more detail regarding what you are attempting and we will be happy to see what we can do.
