Hi I've our client is using the free jotform service and there is a notice that their submission storage is full and to upgrade. What is that? I thought the submissions reset each month to 100 for the free accounts? Is this some new type of limitation that has been set on the free accounts? Is there a way to remove those submissions to bring the number back down?

    Thanks,

    Hello Daniel,

Yes, there's a Total Submissions Storage limit implemented few months ago. It is found on the pricing page https://www.jotform.com/pricing.

Total Submissions Storage is basically the total number of submissions in all of your forms. If you are on a free account, you can only store up to 500 submissions in your account. The rest will be deleted and the most recent 500 submissions will be kept. We kindly suggest to download and backup your data for your local copy if you don't wish to upgrade to any of the paid plans.
