not recieving emails / contact forms not submitting

    Hi there! I am not receiving my contact forms via email (ssd.imyours@gmail.com). When I log into jot form, the test ones I sent are not showing either. The last successful contact form received was in April. Please advice. Thank you!

    I checked your form and the last submission was in April, which coincides with your last email notification.  If your embedded form is no longer functioning properly, try updating your embed code with your forms iFrame code:

    The form itself looks to be working and did trigger an email when I tested it.
