Export to Excel: Downloading Excel

Just recently my computer has stopped allowing me to download jotforms to Excel. I'm not sure if this a problem on your end or my end. Please help!

If I understood you correctly, you wanted to download your form data to Excel. I checked the Export to Excel feature for form submissions and it worked fine from my end.
