I have many forms with people applying for programs or submitting references. Sometimes, a person uses the wrong application form. It would be wonderful if there was a way to search the combined data of all my submissions rather than previewing each individual form and searching from there. Do you know if this is possible? The search field on the page that shows all my forms just searches for an actual form -- not the submitted data.

Thank you for posting your inqiry ywammadison. Unfortunately there is no such feature yet avaiable. If you have all your email notifications. The best solution that you can do for now is to simply search through it individually. Or download the excel / CSV copy of your submissions. Or you can setup your forms to capture post data submissions and save them to your own database before redirecting them all to its each thank-you pages.
But I do understand the need and I would also be delighted to have this feature if I were in your place having the same dilemma. So I would request to have this feature to the development team. Unfortunately, I cannot give you a timeframe to when this feature can be implemented since our developers are pretty busy upgrading Jotform with upcoming features which are already in the pipeline. So this might be in the last part of these things. But once this is available, we'll sure to inform you right away.
Thank you for your patience and support.

We actually have this feature on our iphone app. But your request is also noted for the web app. Thanks.
