I have a current jot form application and I just did a sample application from my phone and it isn't appearing on the website.

    I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly. Did you create a new form and it is not appearing in your account? If so, could you provide us with the form ID/URL so that we'll try to locate the form?

    What are the benefits associated with paying for the use of the forms? For example I had no idea that the form wasn’t working and for how long it hasn’t been working so I may have lost several potential applicants because of it. If we paid for the service does someone monitor the form to ensure it’s always up and running? I think I fixed the issue myself by the way.
