How can I make one of the email notification recipients, an email address from a field in the form?

Similar to how i can choose a name and email from the field for the notification to be named and sent by. 

I understand that you want to use one of the fields on the form as a recipient of the notifier. In this case, you may setup an auto-responder instead of a notifier. Please refer to the following guide that can help you with adding a new auto-responder.
