How can I set conditions for the ticket selling with special pricing?

Hello, 

I am trying to setup a registration form for a fundraiser I am holding. 

I'm trying to figure out the best way to get the information that I am looking for. 

So basically 1 ticket is $30 but once they get to buying 4 tickets, the price reduces to $25 per ticket. 

For each ticket purchased, I need their name, email, and shirt size. 

I've been trying to figure out the best way to set this up without confusing the registrant, but it's proven to be harder than I thought.
