I need help creating a landing page!

I was referred here by FMG Suite, who handles my company's website. We are a wealth management firm and have to deal with a lot of regulations and they are specialists in the financial world with websites. I have written a book and want to create a landing page to capture names and email addresses from people who show interest in downloading the ebook. What do I need to know to be able to do that, and is your organization the right place for me to get that done? Thank you,
