Number of Recipient Emails

    I have eight Recipient Emails but only three show up.

    for example:     Resale Closing Form show eight people receiving the form but only three show up?

    I checked each recipient, and this happened because they were in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    They have been white-listed, so this should solve the problem. To prevent this from happening again,  you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
