I have checked your JotForm titled "Elder Tree part 1" at my end and see that it is saving normally. Do you receive any error message while saving the form? Please try logging out from your JotForm account and close all the instances of the browser to try logging again and test the save. You may also try logging into an incognito/private window or a separate browser and see if that works.
