How I can create a form ?

Hello,

It's my first time using your website and I have no idea of how it's work. I have to make an "Event request" form with :

- Event name
- Event date
- Event time
- Event location
- Event budget
- How event will be served
- Amount of people
- Menu type desired
- Drinks
- Disposables
- Alcohol/ Bartender
- Coffee/Tea hot service
- Servers
- Note/Special needs

But i don't know how to do it so, can I have some help please ?

I would suggest you to take a look to our templates, there you will find a lot of forms already created that you can use and only make some modifications to achieve the form that you want.
