My jotform stopped working how do I fix it?

i set up jot form on my website www.gigantecatering.com it was working fine for yr now it is not sending email to my inbox how do i fix it

Your email address appears to have been added to the bounce list, which is why you are not receiving the notifications. I have now removed the email address from the bounce list so you should receive the next email notifications successfully.
