Suggested pricing plan for survey forms.

I am Sylvia from Wing Tai Retail Singapore, a subsidiary of Wing Tai Holdings Ltd.

Wing Tai Retail operates fashion retail stores in both Singapore and Malaysia. 

To have a better understanding of our members in our loyalty program across 10 brands, we would like to launch a set/series of surveys to different targeted groups in our database by brand.

As our base per brand is huge and it would be an estimated of 50k for the biggest base, how do we go about it if we would like to host jotform survey on a microsite?

Besides, do you have any proposed package price (monthly & annually) that we can look at, since we are inclined to roll out a few surveys in a period of time?
