    I just checked your form titled "米糠油", which is this link: https://form.jotform.me/61464857745468.

    I was able to submit the form with the file upload on it. Here's a screecast of it:

     

    You should also be able to find the submission in your account by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-and-Export-Form-Submissions 

    Everything seems to be working on your form. Could you please provide us more information of the problem you are having?

    But I just cant change the cover picture and cannot save after i changed
    the details of the form.

    I checked your form http://www.jotform.me/form/61464857745468 and I noticed that you have already changed the image in your form. 

     

    I just noticed that the image is overlapping to your form.

    To fix this, you can add the following CSS code in your form:

    img.form-image {

        width: 100%;

    }

    To inject custom CSS code in your form, just follow the instruction provided in this article: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes.

    I have checked your form and this is the image you currently have set:

    Could you please share is the link to the image that should be there? 

    Also, if possible, please provide us a screenshot of the web console, if changes are not being save then there should be an error displayed, this guide will help you to upload your screenshot: How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum

    These keyboard shortcuts will help you to get the console in Chrome: 

    Mac: Cmd + Opt + J

    Windows: Ctrl + Shift + J

    We will wait for your response.

    The image you have attached cannot be seen in the forum. To attach an image, please visit the thread here and follow this guide: How to add screenshots/images to questions to the support forum?

    I checked the image in your form and it appears that it was already changed to the new image. The image source seen in the form appears to be similar with the image you have linked (http://www.kad.com.hk/rizi/Rizi_game_brochure_new.jpg). Because you have successfully changed the image, it appears that the issue has been resolved.

    Would you like to change it to another image? Please let us know and we will be glad to assist you further.

    Hi, the image could be changed and saved after I emailed you the problem,
    however, afterward, I could not save the form after change the content of
    the form...It's really frustrated....

    Do you mean that when you save the changes on your form the save icon just keeps loading?

    And it does not display the Saved icon?

     

    I tried this on my end but I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting. May I know what browser are you using to edit your form? We do recommend you to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser in editing your form. If the issue still persists can you try to clear your form cache and see if this will help. To clear your form cache, you can follow the instructions provided in this article: How to Clear Your Form Cache.
