When my clients are filling in the jotform, and they click on submit, I'm not getting the filled in Jotforms anymore on my mail address. I'm trying to log in, but when I want to reset my password, the system isn't sending a reset password mail. So I guess there is a problem with the connection and the e-mails?

I checked your form and email address and the reason why you didn't receive any email is because your email was in our Bounce list, and the reason why your email was in our bounce list is below:Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
I removed your email from our bounce list and the submission should go through, also your password reset email should come through too.
