I bought a product via Jotform's form but didn't receive a confirmation or the product

    I recently purchased a subscription and pathtag through the FTF Geocacher Magazine for $44 on 06/19. I did not receive a confirmation email nor the product, but you have the money. What is going on? The ID # is 6C327283PR621964H.

     

    I bought the subscription for Guy Payne and requested the items be shipped to his mailing address at 31441 Leona Garden City MI 48186.

     

    Please let me know what is going on or refund my money immediately.

    Jotform provides a platform for form creation and is not responsible for the content of the created forms.

    Still, if Jotform is being used for fraud or illegal activities we can disable the form and suspend the account.

    If possible I advise you to contact the form owner for more clarification regarding this situation. If this is not possible or if you don't receive any answer regarding this situation, please let us know so we can investigate further this situation.
