Can I get the headings from my forms to show in notification emails?

My forms have sections under different headings that the person filling out the form can see, is there a way I can get the headings to show in the email notifications I receive?

The only way to add the headers and html text field in the notification would be to do it manually. By default only the fields that can be filled.
