    Emails: One of the required fields not showing on notification emails

    I've deleted and rebuilt a required field in a client's contact form several times but each time the form fails to deliver the results of the field in the response email.  The form is located here: http://coloradoartservices.com/contact-colorado-art-services/

    The field that is not working is the field titled: "Where is the job located? Please tell us where the nearest cross streets are where the work is to be performed. *"

    I've read many of the other posts where others have had similar issues but have not been able to find an answer. Please help resolve this issue.

    I cloned your form and confirmed the cause of the problem. The reason why the "Where is the job located? Please tell us where the nearest cross streets are where the work is to be performed." is not included on the email notifications you receive for the submissions was because it was not included on the template being sent.

    To fix this, just follow this short clip:
