That is because you have received incomplete payments:
An incomplete payment occurs when a form submitter does not complete the payment on Paypal side. So, I would recommend you to enable IPN (Instant Payment Notification), which is a POST message sent by Paypal whenever a transaction is completed on their side: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal
