Hi there,
I've tried twice to download all my uploads and it has failed each time today, although I have been able to do it successfully for the past three days. Please advise.

To assist you better could you please indicate what error you are having. You may also try downloading the files and submission using the EXPORT DATA feature. This will create a link so you can download all you upload files with the submission.
