My auto responder form gets cut off at bottom

My Toxic App auto response email form gets cut off after I have received a good test email.   After checking the next day, the bottom half gets cut off.   This appears to happen after at night.

Do you know why this is happening?  If there is a size issue, why am I not getting error message at the time I request the email test.

I have updated Jot Form Auto Responders several times including do extra saves.
