Extra padding on top of form?

    Using the script embed makes is much easier to place forms on the page, but there is extra padding on top of the form now that it is designed with <UL> and <LI> Be default <UL> tag adds about 10-20px Pad on top of the list. Since we are building forms and not a list this extra padding is not needed. I'd prefer to use the Javascript embed and not the custom HTML, but without HTML I can't get rid of this extra padding. Please let me know how to correct this. Thanks.
