How to change the title of my form?

Hi!

I duplicated a form and changed the titles, but when I input the link in an email, or open the tab to it, it comes up as the previous title. Can you help please?

I understand that you want to change the title of the form. You can change the title of the form from the advanced section of the Form preferences. Please see the screencast below:
