When I try to download my data, a zip file downloads, but it is empty. What am I doing wrong?

I assume that you are downloading data from Data page of your account.
I have successfully downloaded data from your account. Zip file is 5,86 MB large. I also successfully unzipped that file. File is not empty, it has data from all 15 forms you have.
Please try again to download your data from data page.
If the issue persist, let us know.
