How to recover username and password of an account?

Hi guys

I need help to recover the name and password of an account, I am the new adminstratos of the website which uses JotForm for managing contact information and ancient administrator did not give me the password

What data need to give me the name password of an account?

I need access to the account to manage.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, we don't have any information with regards to the password of the account. 

I have checked the website and the form embedded in it belongs to an account that has the username, luisvela.

You can use the username to retrieve the account's password. 

Just go to Jotform's login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter the username on the "Remember your Username or E-mail" field and click the "Send Reset Instruction" button. An email will be sent to the email on the account with the instruction to reset the password.
