    Jotform üzerinden oluşturduğum formu farklı sitelere ekliyorum. 

     

    Form üzerinden mail geldiği zaman hangi site üzerinden bu formun bana ulaştığını bilmiyorum. Gelen mail içerisine formun doldurulduğu siteyi de eklemek istiyorum. Bunun için ne yapmam gerekir.

    If I understand correctly, you want to know from which website the email notification came from? If that is so, then I believe the Get Form Page URL widget is suitable for your requirement. This widget detects the webpage where the form is embedded and provides you with the page URL each time the form is submitted.
