How to set number of payments for subscription payments in Stripe payment questions?

I went on the user guide site and I followed the steps.  The only option it is giving me is whether I want it to be weekly, monthly, etc.  I want to be a monthly payment for 10 months.  Also, is there a way to give the customer an option of what day of the month the payment will be deducted from their account?

If I understand your question correctly, you want to receive subscription payment only for 10 months. Is that correct?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to set "Number of Payments" in subscription payments in Stripe payment question but same is possible to achieve in PayPal and other payment tool. Please check the screenshot below:
