I received an email today Sunday June 26th, 2016 saying that my account has went over 1,000 views in a month........i find that hard to believe.....maybe 1,000 views by me and everyone else....i have a football pool i host every year...i shouldn't have to pay for more views monthly....now my account says it's going to downgrade tomorrow.....if that's what your going to do then i will go get free forms somewhere else....either fix this problem to where i dont have to pay....or i will take my business else wherePage URL:

I'm sorry to hear about your frustration, please note that free accounts are limited to having up to 1000 form views per month. Each time that your users open your form, it will count as one form view.
When you are logged into your JotForm account, your own form views are not counted.
If you want to have the form view lifted, and you do not want to pay for a higher subscription plan, you can simply enable the JotForm Footer under your account settings, and get unlimited form views. This will place a small "Powered by JotForm" footer to your forms, and form views will no longer be counted on your forms.
