The notification is hit and miss and this is very frustrating indeed!!!

I checked the mail log of the email associated to your account unimelb (info-dpm@unimelb.edu.au) and the emails were sent successfully.
If you are not receiving the emails, can you check the spam folder and see if the email went there? If the emails are still not there, can you try to use noreply@jotform.com as your Sender Email instead of info-dpm@unimelb.edu.au?
