    I disabled the pay portion for my form because it exceeded 10 submissions. why was it disabled if it did not contain the paypal portion?

    The free plan only allows 10 payments per month, once it reaches the quota , it'll get disable automatically , no matter if you remove the paypal portion from your form.

    Sorry, but it's all about the usage, and once it reaches the limit , it gets disabled
