Sorry that should read - the gaps between the fields is bigger today for some reason - how do I reduce the gaps?

Since I don't see the URL where the form is embedded, I don't know if the gap is at the bottom or the top of the forms. However I would suggest you to inject a custom CSS to use either property padding-bottom or padding-top along with a margin-bottom or margin-top property with a negative value .
In this example , the space will reduce by 30px at the bottom of the form
padding-bottom : 0;
Of course, you would need to start testing with that number -30px; because this is only a suggestion .
