Users report my embedded form gets stuck on preview and does not submit

They are unable to submit, the preview answers button just keeps turning as if it's working.

I see that you are having an issue with your form being reported as not submitting after users go to preview their answers before submitting it.

May we have your permission to test this on your live form on your website?

I have tested this problem furthermore on my end on an isolated copy of your form but I cannot replicate any issues currently so the preview widget seems to be working normally so far.

However, I see your form is embedded on a webpage of yours so I believe this issue is likely due to a conflict between the form scripts and scripts that are running on your website causing problems.

I would suggest re-embedding your form using the iFrame Embed Code which should help to resolve this type of problem. Try that and let us know.
