The form is keeping the old field entries instead of the new one

it seems that in form testing the data does persist from one access of the form to the next. i deleted my cache and browsing history....yet the info still shows up....even when i reboot my computer

 

please advise

This is caused by the Continue Forms Later option which is currently enabled in your form.

The previous data is saved in your browser and rendered it on your next visit/submission to the form. To avoid getting this issue, you have to clear your browsing data including the cookies for Jotform before resubmitting the form.
