can you check if an email address was blacklisted due to bounce backs. My email address of email@example.com is not receiving e-mails. We did have problems with our email account at the time, but it has since been resolved. However I still can not receive e mails from the jotform application when testing my forms, or upon form submission. When I change the email address to either my g-mail account or Adam@theluxury vacationclubs.com, it works fine. So I am thinking that the only logical explanation is that that particular email account has been blocked.
The email address firstname.lastname@example.org is not in our bounce list. Could you please check with your email service provider if the spam filter is not blocking our servers.

You should also try whitelisting Jotmail's IP addresses.
