    My forms are suddenly not appearing on my site even though they are enabled in my account.

    On this page, https://popuprepublic.com/request-for-proposal/, I have one of my forms embedded, but it is not appearing, and when I visit the URL, I get an error message (https://form.jotform.com/60436998252162) even though it is enabled on my account. Please help!

    There is an extra character comma (,) at the end of your URL, because of that it gives an error, and nothing display. 

    Please check the Form on the below URL. It appears properly:

    https://popuprepublic.com/request-for-proposal/
