My forms are suddenly not appearing on my site even though they are enabled in my account.Asked by jbaras225 on June 27, 2016 at 12:54 PM
On this page, https://popuprepublic.com/request-for-proposal/, I have one of my forms embedded, but it is not appearing, and when I visit the URL, I get an error message (https://form.jotform.com/60436998252162) even though it is enabled on my account. Please help!
