it seems like all submitted jot forms are not saved.  Is there a maximum number of saved files you guys keep or should I be able to access all JotForms that have been created on my site?  If so- please advise as to how.

Do you mean to say that the submissions received for your JotForm are not stored? As I check your JotForm, I see that there are 147 submissions at the moment. Please be noted that Free subscription accounts are limited to store 500 submissions/100MB of files in the account, receive up to 100 submissions/10 payments/1000 form views in a month.

If any of the limits are reached, the forms shall be disabled. You may consider upgrading the account to a paid subscription to continue receiving the form submissions.

You may check your account status by clicking on User icon on the right-top corner after logging to your account.
