How do I add another admin users?

mat.tse@score.org has lost access to the Jot Form account.  Could you please add him back?

I have just reviewed your account, as well as Mat's. You are both sub account users. I recommend contacting the main account user and asking them to share forms and give the proper permission so Mat can view and edit forms.
