Can I translate the options like in th basic fields of jotform in the configurable list widget?

Do you mean the titles of configurable list?

Or you meant the options inside of the drop-down field?

Since if that's the case then it will not be possible with that type of language change.

A possible workaround would be to put radio buttons for your customers to choose the language first, and then, according to selection, appropriate form with appropriate language will be shown:

In that form that is shown you can set the translated configurable list for that language.
